But at least you can buy it fresh at the hawker centre, no need to buy packet form.

it's cost around C$2.50-2.80 in van .... by the time you move inland to Edmonton, it's jumped to C$4.00 .....

but in van you can get the real stuff too .... courtesy of Malaysian and Singaporean resturants .... or so I was told ....

haven't found one yet ... but I did find authentic hawker center Mee Pok here, being sold by an ah peh formerly from bedok somemore ... Very Happy

Many moons ago when Hubby and I visited Vancouver, I was in heaven man! My ex-classmate came over for a visit and we drove up from Seattle. She knew the lady who used to sell food at NP, who had opened a restaurant in White Rock. Both of them took us to the Chinatown, phwoar, awesome!!!
